Rayya and Nadira
of House Bacri
Rayya and Nadira of House Bacri is approximately 600 years old. They are the last living descendants of House Bacri. House Bacri was once one of the most powerful Vampire clans to exist. Their powers were unchallenged until The Council began to see them as a threat.
Rayya and Nadira were only fledglings when The Council decided to wipe out House Bacri. However, The Council saw them as potential allies and took them in. They were raised underneath The Council and quickly ascended ranks. Now they help govern this specific area as tensions between Vampires and Werewolves are at a high point.
House Bacri is known for telepathy between others of the house, cast illusions, and for some of the more powerful members, able to use telekinesis. The sister's powers are unknown and go undocumented, as rumors say that once you see their power you will soon die afterwards.

Omar was raised within a well documented and established pack in Egypt. At age 15 Omar asked an Ambassador in his region to be trained. Omar is now 35, recently promoted to Ambassador. This will be his first job and does not plan to fail.
Enforcer X38
Enforcer X38, age unknown. He follows closely behind Jeanine and follows her orders, but he first and foremost serves The Councillors.

Jeanine Daniels
of Sector 8
Jeanine Daniels was taken in by The Council at age 12, when she became a prodigy in science but also had witnessed her family being torn up by a deranged werewolf. Since then, she has been an avid protector of humans and is seated within this area to make sure that human safety is the number one priority.

Enforcer Z01, age unknown. He follows closely behind Omar and follows his orders, but he first and foremost serves The Councillors.
