Superior Ranks

Lord ❖ Only one vampire for this position, leader and decision maker, strongest and typically oldest of the house.

Vice  Second in command, they fill in for the Lord when they're unavailable. There are two members per this rank. If for whatever reason the Lord dies or disappears, the next in line is an heir. If there are no heirs, then the two Vice will battle over the position until one submits. 

Generals  there are 3 per this position, depending on the members of the house. They are trained to kill and as a strategist, they are hand picked by the Lord and are typically experienced in battles. 

Aristocrats ❖ these are old members of the clan who are either in permanent slumber, or have gone to travel or for diplomatic reasons. They are not 'official' house members but deserve respect when visiting, if they wish to rejoin they must ask the current Lord.

Heirs ❖ typically the children of the Lord, handpicked to be trained to rule. Not all children of the Lord are heirs, just those they see potential in. Number caps at 5. 

Subordinate Ranks

Knights  they are trained to fight and guard the house to the death. Unlimited positions.

Business Owners ❖ Vampires who own businesses get a unique rank to show that they help the house by pulling in funds and creating jobs.

Advocates  Vampires who are devoted to the Lord and hold their council. They are diplomats and are trained in communication, deceit, trickery, and so forth. Only 5 positions.

Members  regular vampires who make up most of the numbers. Unlimited positions.

Fledglings  those who are recently turned within the last 50 years. Not available. There is a no creation law for the last 100 years.
